Stole my money as I have not recieved my laptop after paying for it in total

On July a automatic payment was taken out of my checking account, whitch was the last payment. I have been expecting my laptop to show up ever since then. I have several numbers to them, but each one has a differant system, like one just keeps on ringing and nothing else. I have tried to send them a email to the one that I have and it was returned back to me, I still have this email in my box. I have tried to locate them on the web again to get to them and find out what is going on. I just now today wrote a letter to them and sending it out certified mail to see if it gets picked up or not. I cam across this site just alittle bit ago and looking for help to solve this issue.

I didnt think this would happen to me as I did get a desk top pc from them before, so I thought they were a okay company.
