Unauthorized Charges!

I was billed the amount of $9.99 in September and $9.99 again in October of totaling $19.98 by New Motion, Inc's / www.bid4prizes.com WHICH I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I had no clue about their service until I received a text message on my cell saying that my account was "renewed, " which was startling to me since I DID NOT sign up for whatever service they provide, and they have NO record of my using their service. Charges were made to my cell phone company, SprintPCS at phone xxx-xxx-xxxx

I called www.bid4prizes.com at 1-800-861-7414 (listed at their website) and spoke with a rep, whom I explained my situation to and requested a full refund of 19.98, but the rep said he could not issue any refunds and she insisted that I was responsible for the charges. I demanded to speak to a supervisor several times, but the rep declined all requests.

I then said that I will report the company to the FTC, BBB and State Attorney General's office for unscrupulous business activity, and the rep then disconnected our call.
