Cartdiscounts.com is a SCAM company. Same complaints as the other customers. Placed order, received confirmation, credit card was billed, received e-mail that order was shipped, nothing was ever delivered. E-mail messages, phone messages (phone is now disconnected, and web page is suspended)
E-mails to raymondb@cartdiscounts.com have never been answered.
If you did place an order with this company, hopefully your credit card company will give you your money back.
