I'm writing this just for the record. This happened about 5 years ago. I cancelled my service and then noticed after several months they we're still billing me. It took me a couple months to call in and they refused to give me a full refund. Now this could have been a flook, or the result of a bad employee, however a year or more later my parents experienced the very same thing!!! And I can see that nothing has changed at AOL. I just take such great satisfaction in knowing that the company has been in a state of collapse.
