Rips people off then tries to extort money from them using NCO Financial to collect!

I have not done something like this before. I have a complaint re 1 & 1 Internet services.in 2007 around Sept. 07 I canceled a web-hosting contract with them as per their contract agreement with me well before the time period was up.

I paid for web builder software that is no good when you cancel the contract but still have to pay for it anyway. Well, the other day I get a letter from this NCO financial re: a collection for $29.97. What is this! I try to make contact with this collection company and immediately place a dispute claim against it. I even send in a letter stating such to NCO. I contact 1 & 1 and they say I owe this money which started out as $14.00 and something.

I go as far as getting and printing out and saving the document as a jpeg image and send it via e-mail to 1 & 1 internet extortion company and they just continue their song and dance about how I need to pay this money. Now the sum is $29.00 plus some collection fee up to $40.00!

I try to call this NCO financial and as soon as I raise any fuss about some now collection charge they are now trying to place on the, when the letter they sent at this point says $00.00 collection fee they hang up on me. If any one has any complaints about 1 and 1 please send them or post them here so I can build a case against this abuse. Also look do a search of youtube re: a video complaint I made re: this case. Thank you.
