I ordered their software System Mechanic 7 Pro on-line I used my credit card I paid a extra $10.00 to get a CD with the program on it. I got the CD but it didnt have a code I needed to activate it. This was in November I still dont have a working code

I ordered their software System Mechanic 7 Pro on-line I used my credit card I paid a extra $10.00 to get a CD with the program on it. I got the CD but it didnt have a code I needed to activate it. I sent them E-MAIL and they E-MAILED me a new codes it didnt work either. This was in November I still dont have a working code. I offered to send the CD back so maybe they could send me a new copy but they didnt replay to me.
