Fraudulent credit charge

I ordered a watch from NFL Tackles as a Christmas gift and was sent an email 4 days later saying the order was cancelled because they no longer carry the product. My credit card was charged and I tried calling them several times a day for 2 weeks with no answer. They finally replied to an email saying they never charged my card but indeed they did. My credit card company needs information faxed from them to release the hold and NFL tackles will not comply. I was definitely ripped off, it was only $26.14, but still, it is my hard earned money which I don't have a lot of being a young single mother. Do not order from this company!
