In August of I ordered a dog chew toy from Vick Dog CHew Toy, aka Showbiz Promotions, aka Jamie Salcedo. I paid for it promptly through Paypal. However, my toy never came. Every time I would inquire about the whereabouts, I would get a different excuse emailed back to me. First it said, they were recalled due to lead in the toy, next it was a shipping problem, then they saaid too many people had requested fraudulent refunds so they had me fax in a form. I faxed it in and waited... And waited... Because I didnt get a response, I tried again, only to get an email back saying I needed to request refund from my credit card company. I requested refund through Paypal becuase that was the payment I had used, but my request was cancelled because too much time had elapsed. I was told that everyone had received a shipping schedule. I hadn't. SO, I sent them my receipt and inquired about the whereabouts of my package. They forwarded me the supposed shipping schedule. I never got anything. Months later, I am still trying. Every time I email them back, I get a general reaponse. I have ALL EMAILS saved. This is definately a scam. I even called repeatedly, only to hear a general message. No one answers the phone and no one ships products, they just rake in the money. Anyone have any ideas on how I can actually get my refund?
