Scammed out of Christmas Present for daughter Internet

I search the internet for a good deal on a Christmas present for my daughter. I'm a single mom without a lot of money but like her to have great Christmas's and knew she'd be so happy if I found her a Crimson Nintendo DS.

They were selling out at stores and prices were going high on internet auctions. When I found JW Gift and Collectibles while using Froogle I was very excited. The price was a good deal and they said they had one in stock.

I made sure that I had time to recieve the item before Christmas before ordering. I placed my order on December 12 and patiently waited. After a week I "tracked my order" on their website and it said my payment had been recieved but that was all, so again I waited.

Well, Christmas has come and gone without my daughters Crimson Nintendo DS. I could just go and buy her one but I'm not sure what to do about the payment I've made. It so far hasnt been debited from my checking account but I'll have to do more research and contact PayPal to see if I can get the payment stopped so this "store" doesnt decide to take the money and run.

I just tried to go back and find this store through Froogle and although the ad is still there, when I clicked on it, I get a message saying this store is no longer a part of the Andale Stores. So I guess they have "closed up" and moved on, probably do keep doing this to others.
