Horrible service, no delivery, wont cancel order!

Where you can start. Requested something special, 2-day shipping. Got proof. Never delivered. Was handed phony delivery rule. Delivered 40 emails, NOT JUST ONE reply. Named help-lines, on-hold over one-hour, after 4 calls ultimately got a boss who explained the things were ""proven to be transported but she understood they'd not been", couldn't inform me once they might be, and, "{cant stop your purchase since they're proven as shipped". Named businesses primary office, office of the leader, Bob Perkowitz and got a saving having a telephone number to phone, after which got some bad poor-man whose real quantity it had been who'd gotten more than 40 calls to date, 10 am your day after Holiday... Obvious wrong number. No solution at any corporate workplace, and noone can return calls. The corporation is definitely an ""ecological large package", but may be the toughest we've actually handled.
