Swebsites - markwarren took my money and provided no service, remove my internet site and records despite my attempts to build a internet business

Several months ago, I used markwarrenswebsites to start a home internet business. I had troubles getting my website downloaded from the very start. I asked continually for help for over a month to get it loaded so I could start making money, in which I had made no money I paid all fees that was supposed to help in that regards; but still no progress. All affilliates to markwarrens websites, to include mark warren gave me the run around and now I can't even access my own website or are there records available online for me to access or go to the affilliate site admin to even update my account or website. I've been ripped off for over $200 in which I'm on a fixed income being retired from the state.
