On September 15th I hired Elite SEO Marketing to perform Search Engine Optimization on my web site. They agreed to optimize my website so that when potential customers searched for a window cleaner in the cities that we service my website would be displayed on the second section of the first page which is called the organic placement.
I gave them a check for $2,000 and agreed to monthly payments on my Amex card for the balance.
They agreed to start work immediately on September 16th and have it operational within 30 days. During the next thirty days I made a number of attempts to get a progress update with no results and finally on October 19th I learned that my sales rep had left the company and nothing had been done on my website. They assigned a new rep to handle my account and he promised to get everything going.
During the next 40 days I repeatedly asked for updates and progress reports and received very little information. Finally on November 26th they said they still had not done anything to my website because they did not have access. This was not true. I proved that I gave them access on Nov 4th and all they would say is Ops.
I had internet web developer look at what they provided and he felt it was little more than a few days of work.
They also promised to provide a 30 Second Web Presenter Service. This service consist of a pop-up window with a model giving a overview of the company when a prospect first comes to the web site. I selected the model I wanted but nothing has been provided.
I hired them to increase my web traffic but the opposite has happened. The traffic continues to go down because Elite SEO Marketing did not do what they promised.
Elite SEO Marketing is a rip-off and internet scam organization. They have provided no value to my company and I would suggest to you that you do not pay them any money.
