Refuse to recognize their cancellation policy

Several month's ago i canceled my account with hostnine, every month they continue to charge my credit card. September 15 i canceled my account with hostnine, as of now i'am still being charged after cancellation, every month i have to go through the same cancellation process with hostnine.

They will not recognize their own cancellation policy, this is harassment to the fullest. My invoice number: 19129.. ID#3159 This has to cease.
