Unauthorized charge

I would like to warn people about that kind of site.in April I pull my credit report and to do so, you have to sign up for their monthly monitoring. The site says you can cancel within 7 days with no charge which I did. When I canceled I was given a "cancellation number". One month later, I am still getting charged, called them and was told the membership was never canceled, they had no trace of the cancellation number. I was told that the membership was canceled and was given another cancellation number. However, they refused to reimburse me the monitoring fee already charged to my account!
