Netzero
Cannot access my e-mail they never sent the security cd yet they are charging our bank account plus other mis haps to charge us money

We joined netzero in May/07, after the first 30 days is up, u no longer qualify for a refund and we are obligated for 1 year.

My husband upgraded his bank account and I called netzero with the info and he told me to put the new account info on-line, which we are uncomfortable doing, since we moved back to Az where illegals are flooding the state and we have the highest identity theft.

They offered us security for $1.98 and have been charging our bank account and we STILL have not recieved the software they promised. We received an alert e-mail from netzero and someone had changed my husbands bank account number, which was NOT the old one or the new one.

It came up " Insuffecient Funds" and netzero tacked on a fee for that and coincidently a company called " spy-shredder" which CLAIMS to remove viruses and spy-ware has locked onto our computer, we cannot get it off and they are black-mailing us that if we do NOT pay their fee to remove spy-ware from our system, Then they will stay locked on, and they behave like a virus, they have slowed down our computer (as if it isn't slow enough) at firs we were able to right click and close or drag their stupid page off whatever we were trying to read and then now we cannot even do that! Also spy shredder's domain is parked and their web-site is for sale

I did this letter just a while ago and it dissappeared! I cannot access our e-mail site, the netzero toolbar isn't showing up and if we cancel they will sue??? We are disgusted with the way america is turning out all these greedy people are destroying the children's future. Karma is coming around though and We ask our higher power daily to take them ALL down and I see their Karma coming around!!! We the people must stop these criminals against people and animals and our planet, Our children's planet. We are sick of these thieves ripping off the people of america! We can start with netzero!!
