Moni From Support avoids responding to customer requests. Unable to receive tel# to talk directly with them. Not customer friendly and very defensive e-mail responses

On Nov. 27th I placed an order for Liken Plant Deodorants. The copy I printed of my order indicates nowhere if the Deodorant is Scented or Unscented. My order was placed for Scented Liken Plant Deodorant.instead, I received UnScented.
I simply wanted to replace the order with the Scented Deodorant. I have asked repeatedly for RMA# and telephone contact for this company. First e-mail was rejected and returned to my mailbox. After 3 attempts requesting RMA and telephone contact from 2 different e-mail addresses, I finally received response from Moni at support@herbsmd.com saying RMA will be e-mailed that day and that the order they sent to me was what I requested, so a reshipment fee will be charged. Three days later the RMA# is still not received by me.
No telephone contact was ever given to make the communications to correct this situation a bit easier. I did find a tel#1-888-437-2763 listed at alexa.com for this site, but there was no answer when I called.
It appears that this website is run by someone from home and they do not attempt or perhaps do not have the resources to extend good customer service. The e-mails also, when received, unfortunately are defensive and does not portray professionalism in an effort to satisfy the customer.
All I want is to receive the correct product and I have their shipment ready to be returned awaiting for RMA.
