Just like other entries I read, I found a $29.95 internet charge saying it was from National Online Internet Services billed by ILD Teleservices. I called ILD and they gave me a number for the National people. 800-511-2077. I was on hold for 1 hour without one person picking up the line. It just had a 30 second loop of advertising and music. Drove me crazy.

They said if I wanted a prompt call back, to please press 1 and leave my number. I don't think they will. I called ILD and complained and told them I was not paying. If I can't verify the charge then that is on them. They said they would submit a request to investigate. I called Verizon and they just ended up calling ILD again and leaving me with them once more. It is a mad conspiracy!
