Keeps billing after cancelling service! Worldwide

I canceled AOL on two different occasions. The first was July 16, but AOL continued to withdraw $24.95 from my debit card account. I then canceled again on Sept. 18 and changed my card number. AOL has now sent me a bill for October even though I have attempted to end services for three months. When I contact AOL the recording says I do not have live customer support services so I cannot speak to a customer service representative.

When I got a collection notice with a working number, the agents tell me they bill a month in advance. The last withdrawal from my account was on 917/07 which should pay for October, but somehow AOL says the payment is for services I did not pay in September. AOL continues to state I owe them money when I can clearly prove I do not; but no one wants to handle my complaint competently.

I am out $74.85 plus the time spent trying to reason with these jokers.
