Unsolicited membership, unauthorized electronic withdrawal

When I opened my November bank statement, there was a withdrawal by a company I had never heard of. I did not authorize any withdrawal knowingly and do not see any circumstances in which I would even unknowingly authorize one. The name given was: networkagenda.com. I tried to cancel but was unable to either on-line or by the phone. The number was constantly busy.
