$9.95 fraudulent credit card charge in November from company with fraud history going back to 2005

I received a call from my credit card company on November 21 concerning a charge for $9.95 made against my card from Kcsoftllc.com. The expiration date used to make this transaction was incorrect, causing my credit card company to flag it as suspicious. However they had still posted the charge. Since both my husband and I were home at the time this transaction supposedly occured, and we were unfamiliar with the company, we contested the charge. We then did a google search on the company name. The entire screen was filled with links to complaints of fradulent charges made by this company going back to 2005. Always the charge amount was $9.95. It makes one wonder how they can keep doing this without ever having to at least change their name to cover their trail. Perhaps fradulent charges of only $9.95 fly under the radar.
The company according to my credit card transaction is in NY however their phone number (509) 461-1556 which is Spokane Washington. I have not bothered to call the phone number because I saw in a earlier ripoff report that another consumer had already done so without result.
