Cancelled my order but they still charged me monthly will not refund

I recently learned that BUY.com and EVERYDAYVALUESCLUB.com have been charging my credit card a monthly fee of $ 9.99. I feel that this is in GREAT error and misleading since I cancelled my gift certificate purchase a year ago. BUY.com and EVERYDAYVALUESCLUB.com was too much hassle for additional information. As my order was cancelled -
i assume i have no further business with buy.com and everydayvaluesclub.com. With much dismay I was told by an incompetent sales associate that I have to write
in to cancel this " subscription " AGAIN PROVING MORE HASSLE - And as BUY.com and EVERYDAYVALUESCLUB.com sales associate stated - HAVING MY CREDIT CARD INFO IS NOT PROOF OF PERMISSION FOR THIS
SUBSCRIPTION ENROLLMENT.
