Fraud! Ordered a Hoodie for Christmas and got ripped off!

I ordered a hoodie from AZ custom shirts on November 8. They charged my card the next day. I've waited for almost a month to hear back from them. I have also tried to contact the company by calling numerous times and sending emails. Then I found out that this company has ripped off countless people. I have had to change my account, cancel my charge card, and I am out of a christmas present for my fiance. I dont want this to happen to anyone else.
