Never Sent Item that I was billed for and has avoided me and lied to me on several occassions

I placed an order for a vintage apron from this site in July. I never received the apron and repeatedly e-mailed the owner. I finally heard back at the end of August that she was going through a bad separation and she would file a missing item report with the post office the very next day. Again I never heard back from her. I continued to e-mail her and got another reply to my e-mail that she was going through a lot of personal stuff and would be out of touch for a short time. Fine. I still waited.

In October I tried to contact her getting an e-mail that she would get back as soon as possible. I just sent another e-mail and got a response that she would not respond until November 10th - and it's Nov. 30 now. I just went to her website and she's obviously still in business and has items for sale.

I have been more than patient since it's been almost 6 months now. I, in good faith, trusted what she told me and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I felt badly for her because she was faced with a sudden unexpected separation and/or divorce. However, it very quickly became very unprofessional in that she never responded and continued giving excuses. I have just now e-mailed her website telling her that I would like to be contacted immediately and would like to choose a new item and expect it to be sent to me immediately via express mail. I seriously doubt I"ll hear a word from her.

It's just wrong and I can't imagine how she gets away with this.
