Mr. Barakat is this a ripoff or not. Some orders arrive some have not whats up SAM

I have placed 7 orders with this company and only one order got to my customer. They say that they are a dropshipper and now I try to go onto the techtrader website and it no longer will pull up. Whats up MR. Barakat?

You have over one thousand dollars of my money and I have customers wanting there items! If anyone can help me get my money back... Please do!
