Scum bookmaker stole my money Internet

Used their service fairly within their terms and conditions. Made $400 in winnings, but when I requested my check they cancelled my account and voided all my winnings and returned my deposit. They are scum, please help if anyone has any advice on what I can do to get these b*st*rds to pay up.
