WLI Reservation Rewards
Fraud — unauthorized charges by reservation rewards company Shelton Connecticut

Internet & Web

I just went to my Washington mutual account to see if I needed to transfer any funds to it to pay off my credit card this month. Imagine my surprise when I saw that a Pending Debit Charge was at the top of my screen.

I looked back at previous months, and I found that this company, WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS had been billing me for the last year. And they were about to charge me another 10 dollars. I never noticed it because the amount was so small, and although Washington Mutual allows me to set up notification about large deposits and withdrawls, I can't set up a notification system for automatic withdrawls under $20.

I Googled the company and found that many other people have had the exact same experience with this company (although most of them were much more diligent and had noticed it after just a few months).

I will now call the company to see what they will do for me. I've also put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). I think that this will be more immediate, but that one might be more effective.

If you find that this or any other company has defrauded you, I hope that you can resolve your issues as I hope to.
