Reservation Rewards has been charging $9.00 a month to our American Express Charge Card for several months. We NEVER authorized this company to charge ANYTHING to our account, nor do we know anything about them or their supposed services.
We made a purchase on-line with 'Smart Bargains' and after that purchase Reservation Rewards Company somehow was allowed access to our Credit Card information from Smart Bargains.
Do to our own naivete, several months pasted before we noticed and questioned the $9.00 charges each month.
This Company needs to be STOPPED.
