Another ripoff from intellius - cell phone search

Unfortunately I did not check complaint before using Intelius. Had I done so I would have found 54 complaints about Intellius. Now 55. I have been looking for my brother and was about to hire a private investigator when I went to the PI's site and it advertised a cell phone search. So before investing in a PI, I decided to try the link to Intelius. I put in my brother's name and address and sure enough they advertised they had a "current" cell phone number for him. So I put my credit card in and was charge $14.95 for the search and the report came out and the "current" and 10 other phone numbers were at least 2 years old! I had the cell number they did, but it is no longer my brothers and hadn't been for almost two years. I called customer service and was told that was the current and public information they had and they would not give me back my $14.95. When I asked for the managers name and telephone number she refused to give me her last name, only her first name and then supposedly the manager would call me back. She would not give me the number where I could reach her. Then I started gettting mad and asked for the President's name and number she gave me the name but no number. I then informed her that I was going to be trashing their company on this website. What I'm also going to do is write the president of the company informing him he has 54 hits on usacomplaints.com and then if I have the inclination go to their press room and write to all the other companies that have voted them such a "great" company and inform them about the numerous complaints Intelius has recieved on this website.
Don't use this company &their a ripofff!
