I found this company on the internet ultimatedvdshop.com and I ordered a Bob Newhart Dvd Set. I was told I would recieve an email confirming my order which I never received. I ordered the dvd's on October 16th and was told Id recieve them within 12-14 business days. It is now November 1st and I still have not recieved them. I tried calling the company and everytime I got a recording saying that no one is availabe to take my call and to leave a message, that someone would get back to me.

I also tried contacting the Live chat support on their website and I recieved a failed delivery in my email stating that the contact was not availabe. Unfortunatly at this time I am unable to get my money back, and I am not sure that I will be able to, but I do not want the same thing to happen to other people. Thank you for ur time and good luck to whomever is in this same situation.
