Rebate ripoff, Said Never received it, then I't was wrong info on form then need to resend info which is it?

I, Bought Items form Tiger Direct was offered a rebate with order, I, did everything exactly and the form says, after multiple e-mails and story's of (we have never received your rebate info, then it was, it was filled out wrong, then it was you need to resend the info which I, have 2 times then it is we cant read the name on the form then it is you need to type your full name on the form, well which lie is it? Enough is enough, so I, decided to search them out and found out it is common practice with them, so I, want to warn others to Don't buy things with rebates, they are the manufactures way of charging you to much and making you jump through hoops to get it back if you can!
