Who do they think they are?

I have no idea where, or who, or how, but they like to take ten dollars outta my bank account. I know I've bought a few things off the internet, BUT I've never dealt with a comapny that takes money out when ever they feel like it.

Currently, I owe the bank some money for some problems i was trying to take care of, but after checking my bank account, WLI*RESERVATIONREWARDS.CO took ten dollars out, which boosted my NSF item charge even further up.
