Ripped us off of not sending us the merchandise we ordered and paid fo

We ordered three Nascar cars of the 1/24 scale of Dale Earnhart and we received two of the order but the third there was not enough made as they told us. We had already paid for the three cars so they said they would replace the third car with the Dale Earnhart Elvis tribute car and then we would be even and the car would be sent in September. When no car arrived we called the place and was told the area code is invalid. We went to the website and found nothing on it but a email address to send messages to. We sent two different messages and even informed them of we would contact a lawyer if we did not get the car or the money back of $56.95 which is the breakdown amount of the the total divided by three purchases. We have not heard anything and decided to look further in email and found this site and of the man's name of RObert Williams who is the sales@xxtremestuff.com person we sent the letters to. So please help us either get the car we ordered or our money back. We truly cannot afford to just lose $56.95. Please help us.
