Taking out unauthorized funds from my account

I applied for the onyx visa card and thought that they needed my routing and account number for verifying that i do have an existing account. Then later found out that they were going to take out of my account 149.99 in addition to 49.99. Which by the way was not authorized. Someone needs to investigate these people they should not be able to do this to hard working people. Without fully explaining everything involved.
