E.T.S. Scam Artists, Smart Asses, Arrogant Pieces of sh

These scumbags called my establishment and spoke to one of my staff. They acted as though they were the people that handle all my office supplies and such. The staffer that they spoke with was new, and told them (I assume) that they should send the usual order.
When the package arrived, I was surprised. I immediately called them and informed them of the mistake. I offered to return the merchandise at my OWN EXPENSE. I asked for an R.M.A. Number.
They told me it weas too late, that I had to pay the invoice. I was refused any return authorization.
Mind you, the items they sent aren't even the right items for my equipment.

I called on many occasions and always ended up speaking to the same as*hole. He told me it was too late, and that I needed to pay for the merchandise. I let him know (nicely at first) that his invoice stated 24 hours, and I called in LESS than an hour.

The last time I told him to f*ck himself and hung up on him.

BEWARE of these leeches!!
