VISCOM TECH V2PREMIER COMPUTER SHOPNBC ripoff consumer rip-off fraud deceptive company liars

Ordered a computer from shopbnc due to on air commercial featuring the prsodent of viscomtech, the builder of the computer. Was buying for a child going to collage, wanted the tech support, especially in home when needed, when i received the computer, few days before the travel date, i checked out the system, found the modem did not work, called the tech support number, talked with the person, he did the same checks i did, and i know nothing about computers, he then told me it was the moden and if i had a screw driver, he would talk me thru reseting the modem, i told him i had bought the extended wty and was told on air the i could get in home tech, he said they don't do that, next day my wife called and got the same tech person asked him if he could fedex anither tower to us and we'd pay and get a credit when we returned the otherone, he just hung up on her. I called shopnbc, and to get throught to them is another story, but i finnally did and cancelled the order, on air they sey you have nothing to lose, but shipping to computer beck with insurance is about $100.00, again had to call shopnbc to check on who would pay, finnally found someone who said they might pay up to $70.00, but would call back, never heard from her. Needless to say ive sent the thing back, but haven't gotten any credit and have not been able to get thru to them without at least an hours wait, i know theyve received the computer back, because i used ups tracking, nothing on their web site either, which when u call they say check the web site, i don't think i will ever shop on line again or with telermarking either, at least with a store u can talk to a human, and somekind of responce, in fact i bought a computer from one of the big s
