Unable to re-install LIMEWIRE PRO. When you enter your email address it shows the address as "Not Recognized." I've tried over several months and its always the same. I've read where others are having the same problem. There is no phone number. I've tried sending email to various departments with no response. They have this idea that after 6 months your not entitled to support and thus your shut off from all help. What they are trying to do is have your purchase another year just for the support; even though its a one time fee for the service. They know you will want to re-install at some point and the consumer will be unable to do so without the support feature.
