On-line Business, lousy business practices

This is a tiny company playing in a huge field trying to look like a big fish. The have some good prices (what lured me there), but they took too long to ship.

When I tried to inquire about my order, my first email bounced, then I called and the phone is never answered by a person—just a machine with no business name. When I finally got someone, they told me that the standard shipping time is 3 weeks.

I asked for a refund and then THAT will take up to a month!!! They were very rude to me and did not want to hear about how to improve their business (even though it says so on their site).
