No support, no response, no customer care

I bought an HP Photosmart 318 digital camera a few years ago. Everything worked fine until about a month ago when the camera driver got corrupted. I looked for the disk I got with the camera so as to reload the driver but can't find it.

I looked online for camera drivers but the one for this particular camera running under Windows XP is not available.

I wrote to HP 3 times with no response. According to the internet, others are having the same problem.

I will never buy an HP product again because of the way they treat their customers. It's like, "Take the money and run."
