Sold something for 1.98 and 35 bucks every month and no way to contact them to cancel New York new york

I read this information newsletter written by John Baratis from New york and the article was about how there are internet scams out there in regards to getting grants and how he found legitimate companies with websites that are good. Very convincing. I signed up for one of the sites recommended for $1.98 one time fee. I finally saw in the fine print that they will bill you for 35 bucks monthly after the 14 day trial ends. I'm on my 3rd day well within my 14 day trial period and have found no way to cancel this account. There is no email addresses or phone numbers. My bank gave me a number and I keep leaving msgs and nobody answers them. The contact us thing on there gives me an error message. I contacted my bank and I have to dispute this. Also when I tried to contact the John Baratis on his article about these ripoffs... I got the same response. An error page and it matches the website that ripped me off. This is not an informative article to help people avoid scams... It's a sales pitch and he owns it. Not to mention this is fraud.
