Charged $14.95 each to my Wachovia Check Card ripoff

I noticed that AP9* SHOPPINGESSENT and PASSPORTTOFUN charged $14.95 to my Wachovia Check Card on Aug 24. I'm so surprised that I have never used those companys and even I never heard of the names of those. And I always keep my card with me and nobody knows my pin #. However, they took my money. How could this happen?

I already contacted the bank and closed the card, and I'm waiting for reimbursing the money. While I tried to find what these companies are, I reached this web site. And I found out that these have charged and stolen money without any consent or permission of card holders' since about 2 years ago. I don't know why these fraudulent actions still occur and annoy busy innocent people like me.
