I finally got through to a person at 1-800-622-8731, they said I had joined passport to fun, that gives me 20% discount off of things for my family, I told them you just charged my bank account 19.95,19.95 and 1.00 and 1.00 they said this was a monthly membership fee, and they would only refund the one 19.95, i never joined them.
