Startup Essentials, jamesone, bondcorp have not upheld their end of the contract, which I never recieved, can't utilize website, invalid access code

I was sweet talked by a smoothie, making promises about a web business that never happened. They take out $137 each month for nothing in return but a broken computer that is only worth $500.00 max, if that. Does anyone know
how i can legally break this lease and stop these automatic monthly deductions from my checking account. I am a single mother with two children, so i am on a limited income and desperately need all of my income to survive. Please help!
