Cr Card debited service withdrawn for NO reason ripoff

In late july, i subscribed to a new name to use on the Paltalk chat program. I have been a member since 1998 and never had an issue, until now.

Early August upon attempting to sign in i received a message stating, account suspended for inappropriate use.

I contacted 'palhep" who advised i need to complete a form and it would be attended too within 48 hours. I completed the form, received an automated response.

Since then i have been denied a reason for banning, I have been denied a refund, and they refuse to answer any emails (I have copies of all)

This is tantamount to wirefraud and i sincerely hope someone can contact themn and make them a little more accountable.

If they had an offic here I would sue them.
