Premium Knives are the Biggest Rip-Off EVER!

Note to everyone!

Premiumknives.com is the biggest rip-off website ever. I ordered $250 worth of knives from them, and never got a tracking number to track my order. It takes them 2 weeks to respond to e-mails, and they are an absolute joke. Whatever you do do not go to premiumknives.com and order anything! They will not under any circumstances refund your money, you will have to call your credit card company to get a refund. Good thing i used discover card, because they treat their cardholders with respect and they issue you a refund within 24 hours!

You are taking a risk ordering things off the web, but for sure premiumknives.com has a bunch of con artists working for them, and not to mention their customer service does not exist because you cannot talk to a live operator, it is all automated. I left 10 voicemails with them, and they claim they cannot do call-backs, they can only send e-mails... Well no e-mails from them for 2 weeks.
