Clickbank - Reverserecords - CIS WorldWide
Are partners in a deceitful advertising scheme and a fraudulent billing scam, and are getting away with it. Ripoff

I went to reverserecords.org to do a background search on someone. The website has a money back guarantee posted on their website if no records are found from the search. The search produced no results, and I contacted reverserecords customer service for a refund.

I received an e-mail from clickbank.com saying that my credit card would not be charged the $29.95 for the service.

Later on, I receive my credit card statement and there was a charge for $29.95 from clickbank. I called to dispute it. My credit card company issued me a conditional credit for the amount.

A month or two later, the conditional credit was reversed and I was told I had to pay it. I told my credit card company about reverserecords money back gaurentee if they couldn't find what you were looking for. That didn't change anything. I payed the bill, and learned my lesson about clickbank.

A month later, clickbank charged my credit card another $29.95 when I didn't order anymore sevices from them whatsoever. I tried to report the charge as fraudulent to my credit card company. They wouldn't credit my account.

I did some research on reverserecords.org and found out something very interesting. Under "Terms Of Service And Disclaimers" at the reverserecords website, CIS WorldWide showed up in the "Terms of Use" paragraph. It basically said "your agreement to the Terms and Conditons set forth, CIS WorldWide grants you a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, limited license to access and use CIS WorldWide websites products and services."

So who's to blame for the fraudulent billing and advertising? CIS WorldWide is behind reverserecords.org, and clickbank.com is in charge of the billing. I say, they're all partners in crime, and I got totally ripped off by them.

I would like to warn anyone who reads this report not to use reverserecords.org or cisworldwide.com. They are rip-off artists.

Finally, do not pay for any online service that uses clickbank.com as the payment service. You could lose your money, and never get it back. Beware!
