Unauthorized charge made to credit card Ripoff

I noticed a pending charge of $5 from Smartemarket, a company not known to me. I called my bank and reported it as fraud and a google search indicated that numerous people had filed complaints against this company for making unauthorized charges.

This had caused me to close the account... A lot of work for $5. I hope that these people are charged and get prison time.
