Fraudulent credit card charges!

Noticed today that there was a charge of $2.95 on our credit card activity that neither my husband nor I charged from www.smartemarket.com. I immediately did a search on the internet for that website and saw hundreds of people who had the same experience.
I contaced my credit card company immediately (Chase). They are issuing a new card and closing our old account.
These people cannot continue to get away with this fraud.
