Failure to honor warranty on $3221 computer. Ripoff

I purchased a Clevo M70U laptop computer from ISTNC on 5/3 at a price of $3221.19. The invoice number is 2193. The order was prepaid via credit card, and the invoice is marked PAID. When purchasing this computer, I requested a three year on-site warranty. With the computer, I received a document with the following statement: Warranty: 3YEAR ON SITE [sic].
On 7/22, I experienced a problem with my computer which requires repair (the computer cannot be tuned on / powered up). I contacted ISTNC requesting on-site service under the terms of the three year on-site warranty. ISTNC replied that they have no record of my having purchased the warranty and requested that I send proof of it being issued.
I subsequently scanned and emailed the document described above, clearly stating that I had obtained the 3YEAR ON SITE [sic] warranty on the computer. After receiving the proof of the warranty that they requested, they again refused to repair my computer under the terms of this warranty, stating that they have no records of my having requested said warranty upon purchase of the computer.
ISTNC is now ignoring my telephone calls and emails regarding warranty repair of the computer. I would be happy to provide a copy of the warranty document if instructed on how to do so.
One additional note is that I requested and paid for a secondary battery for the computer at the time of the purchase. This battery was not delivered, and I was informed that it was on back order.
After months of not receiving it, I requested a refund of the $145 I paid for the battery. ISTNC claimed to have issued the check in December but I never received it. They then issued another check I did receive this check, but it bounced when I deposited it. ISTNC finally issued another check which was successfully deposited. This entire process took approximately four to five months, which I find completely unreasonable.
