Fraudulent Claims Regarding Their DVD Shipping Practices

GreenCine, a mail-order DVD rental service based out of San Francisco, CA, has a mission statement claiming that they do not engage in the use of "throttling" (the standardized practice purposefully, with willful intent, slowing down service in order to maximize profit). This is the corporate promise that made me switch from Netflix to GreenCine. However, in the past two to three weeks, GreenCine has certainly engaged in "throttling", as evidenced by viewing my DVD queue and noticing that when the company acknowledged that they had in fact received a returned DVD of mine, it took two days from the date of receipt to send out my next DVD - which is the definition of "throttling". Therefore, they misrepresented their business practices to their customers. It's false advertisement and I feel I have been swindled and lied to. I'm not the only customer who currently feels the same way. There's an entire thread of a message board, with hundreds of comments made in just a few days, verifying that GreenCine is indeed employing this shady business practice.
