Never received order phone disconnected Ripoff

I placed an order with web beauty store online, paid with a credit card, and requested that my order be sent to my post office box. When I e-mailed them 3 weeks later to inquire where my order was, they responded that if I had provided an address for UPS to ship to, they could mail it out the next day.

I live in a rural area and we do not have any post office delivery and I didn't want it setting outside if UPS delivered it, so I wanted it sent to my post office box. They state on their web site that they use US Postal Service. Hello... That's the address I gave them!

I have never received my order, only a rude reply. When I attempted to contact them at the telephone number provided on the web site, it was disconnected. I believe this web site is a total rip off! Beware!
